It all begins in the “GUT” and P21 Mind-Body Wellness Coaching helps you put the pieces together with a Quantum approach to Healing & Wellness. This Quantum approach focuses on the Brain-Gut connection and the emerging field of Bioenergetics. We do this by cleansing the body at the cellular level, balancing the microbiomes that make up 90% of the cells within the human body and by assessing and correcting the body’s energy and communication systems.
As your “Brain-Gut” Coach, you will gain tools and resources to help you through “cross-talk” communication between the brain and digestive system, with the goal of becoming healthy mentally and physically.

As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach & Bioenergetics Practitioner, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.
